Cancellation Policy
📅 Booking & Confirmation All workshop bookings are subject to availability. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your slot, materials, and preparation schedule. Bookings are only confirmed once payment is received. 💳 Payment Terms The remaining balance must be settled before the workshop date. Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer, Payment link (fees may apply) No slot or materials will be confirmed without full payment. 🪵 Workshop Preparation & Materials Each workshop includes pre-prepared materials and guided instruction. Participants will: • Learn the basics of woodworking • Create their own personalized item or gift • Explore how this skill can grow into a hobby—or even a source of income Rush bookings may be accommodated subject to availability and may incur additional fees. ❌ Cancellation Policy Deposits are strictly non-refundable. In case of cancellation after confirmation: • Materials and preparation costs will be charged If cancellation occurs during active preparation: • Full or partial charges may apply depending on work completed 🔁 Rescheduling Rescheduling is allowed subject to availability. Must be requested at least 48 hours prior to the workshop. Deposit remains valid for the new date. 🎨 Workshop Experience This is a hands-on, guided creative session designed for all skill levels.
